COVID-19 – Customer Notice

With the continued uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure our clients and employees stay safe and healthy throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. Following Government advice our office doors will remain closed until further notice.

Now the Coronavirus Act 2020 is in force, new Government guidance has been published for landlords and tenants. The guidance is very detailed, with helpful questions and answers covering questions about rent, repairs, access to property and evictions. Further information can be found below:
